Prices and terms of payment
1. To request room availability, please use the availability request form on our website.
2. Once we receive your request, we will reply within 24 hours with an email informing you of the availability of rooms, stating the conditions of your stay, prices and payment method.
We respond to all, even in the case of non-availability.
3. In order to make a reservation, all you have to do is reply with an e-mail to our availability notice and send a deposit of 50% of the cost of your stay. The room will only be considered confirmed upon receipt of our
confirmation email.
4. On the day of arrival check in is from 14:00 until 20:00. Late check-in is available at a cost of 10 euros. On the day of departure, check out is until 11:00 a.m. Specific requests from the customer regarding arrival and departure times can be made at the time of booking.
5. On arrival, each guest must show a valid identity document for the purposes of legal obligations; otherwise they cannot be accepted.
Prices and terms of payment
1. Prices are per room and per night and include taxes and breakfast. Tourist tax is excluded, which involves an additional charge of 2.10 euros per adult per night.
2. The price of the stay is that which we communicate in the booking acceptance email.
3. With the booking confirmation we ask, as a guarantee, that you leave a deposit of 50% of the cost of your stay by bank transfer. The deposit will not be refundable.
4. The remaining amount of the stay will be paid upon departure in cash or by credit/debit card.
Cancellations
1. Cancellation or reduction of a confirmed booking must be communicated by email to: unsognomarghera@gmail.com or + 39 3518231900.
2. Upon cancellation, the deposit sent at the time of booking will be retained equal to 50% of the total cost.
3. If the guest arrives but does not wish to stay in the B&B, he/she must pay the full cost of the stay.
4. If the guest arrives and asks to shorten the stay is obliged to pay the full amount of the confirmed stay.
